I saw a commercial recently for an RC vehicle that can drive over any surface like a hover car, and with the press of a button, it can take off to fly just like airplane. It can even do loops and barrel rolls in the air. It didn't seem like one of those expensive gas powered air planes but it wasn't a cheap toy for kids either. Anyone know what the name of this thing is?

This clip was taken from an experimental M-chassis meeting which was created by my friend TOKOYA3.
All of his friends were trying to give realism into their R/C cars in various way.

I was given this equipment about two years ago and its the best sound system I've heard. After moving house I need to re-tune the preset radio stations, but I have no user manual.
Can't seem to do this, can anybody help. Thanks.
Hi!,
You can go to this site http://www.sony.user-manuals.com/list-of-manuals-4-76.html and see this set online user manual and read from it.

..and are there any safety laws about using r/c copters or planes?
Not sure about helicopters, but I've done some research on gas(nitro) powered R/C trucks. The HPI Savage X is a dependable and powerful machine. It is arguably the best gas powered monster truck in its class.
I bought mine about 4 months ago and I absolutely love it. Not a single problem with it. It takes whatever abuse you can dish out.

You want one of those Predator drones used by the US Military in Afghanistan. Pretty expensive but you can buy one on a "payment plan".
Otherwise i don't know of any store-bought planes that are big enuf. You can build one from a kit but you'll feel terrible if it crashes with your big camera.

the plane is http://www.hobbytron.com/SU-30-RC-Electric-Twin-Motor-Fighter-Jet-Plane.html
When it saids “2-channel” does it mean that two of these planes can be flown at the same time or what? I’m thinking of the two channels as… one controller on one channel and the other on another…. Does it work this way? Can someone please explain this to me because i’m getting into the hobby and i want to fly the same plane with my friend. Thanks
On RC Aircraft, “2-Channel” refers to the number of servos that the Controller operates on the aircraft… normally the Rudder (left/right) and Elevators (up/down).
To operate TWO aircraft at the same time the CONTROLLERS need to be on seperate frequencies… this is often a matter of selection at purchase or can be changed at the flying park.
IF the controllers are on the SAME frequency, the plane will react to which ever signal is stronger… YOU could end up flying BOTH aircraft or neither !!
GOOD LUCK.

i am lookin for a pretty durable R/C car that can go offroad and take a beating. any ideas????
I have had three Traxxas Revo and there is nothing can touch one offroad. I raced for about three years are so and had a blast with them. If you get one make sure it's a 3.3. If I may ask what do you plan on doing with it. Bash or run on a track? If you are just plying around with it then stay with it stock and you could add center diff and rear brakes, but if you want to wheelie don't put in the center diff. it's more for racing.
If you have anymore questions please feel free to email me.
I do have a new 3.3 engine a few other parts if you get one.

I have a 8 year old son. I use to be into radio control cars, the kind that you would get from a Hobby Shop. But I want to buy something for my son that would be fast but not hobby shop expensive. How do the ratings work with mhz and battery voltage as far as speed?
Doesn't voltage on the battery effect that as well?
the bigger the mhz number the longer the battery lasts and the more power you will get
